We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Test and Product Engineer to join our operations team. The successful candidate will support the development and maintenance of test systems and contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of the satellite communications.

Responsibilities
The core responsibilities include:
Design and implement test solutions for ICs, MEMS-based modules, and system-level hardware.
Develop and maintain automated and manual test setups, including socketed stations, probers and handlers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
Analyse test data, identify root causes of failures, and support debugging activities.
Maintain accurate documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports.
Assist in the development of FMEA documentation and contribute to design-for-testability initiatives.
Support the transition of test procedures from development to production environments.
Contribute to continuous improvement of test methodologies and lab infrastructure.
Person Specification
Essential
Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with test instrumentation (oscilloscopes, VNAs, SMUs, etc.) and test automation tools (e.g. Python, TestStand).
Experience with ATE testers, such as Cohu, Teradyne or SPEA.
Understanding of the semiconductor test principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis (e.g. JMP, numpy)
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Desirable
Experience with environmental testing (temperature, humidity, vibration).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and collaborative tools (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence).
Prior exposure to MEMS or phased array systems is a plus.
Experience operating a prober or a handler.
